Jalgaon Enigma Portal Usage Policy
Legal Notice: This portal is a Government-led initiative owned by the District Collector, Jalgaon, and Sponsored by Union Bank of Jalgaon. By using this portal, you agree to the following terms.
1. User Account & Verification
To access the portal services (Job Searching, Project Listing, Investment), users must comply with the following:
OTP Authentication: All users must verify their primary mobile number via OTP. Profiles without OTP verification will remain inactive.
Identity Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. Registration of "Ghost Businesses" or fake profiles is a punishable offense under the IT Act.
Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2. Fast Track Module Terms
The Fast Track option is provided for legitimate Job Creators (Startups/Businesses) to monitor project progress. By using this feature, you agree that:
The data submitted regarding Pending Projects must be factual.
The mention of specific Government Employees or Agents is for administrative tracking only and must not be used for harassment.
The District Collector’s Office reserves the right to verify any status claim through physical audit.
3. Free Public Service Policy
WARNING: This portal is 100% Free. Any individual, agent, or employee asking for "registration fees" or "processing charges" on behalf of JalgaonEnigma should be reported immediately.
The project Union Bank of Jalgaon provides sponsorship for the digital infrastructure, not for individual service fees.
No payment gateway is integrated into this portal; hence, no financial transactions should occur on this site.
4. Disclaimers & Limitations
Users acknowledge that the District Collector Office and Union Bank provide this platform as a "bridge" and do not provide the following guarantees:
No Loan Guarantee: Standard banking norms apply to all loan applications. Registration does not grant immunity from bank credit policies.
No Hiring Guarantee: The portal matches talent with companies, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the employer.
No Investment Guarantee: Investors perform their own due diligence; the Collectorate does not certify the profitability of any startup.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
Uploading CVs/Resumes containing malicious code or false identities.
Misusing the "Fast Track" system to provide false information about Government departments.
Claiming official endorsement from the District Collector for private business gain.
6. Modifications to Terms
The District Collector Office reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
