- No employment/job is guaranteed by the Administration.
- The District Collector Office does not act as a financial guarantor for any bank loans.
- Union Bank of India acts as a Sponsor and Banking Partner; registration does not bypass standard credit audits.

1. Authorized User Roles
The portal facilitates the digital interaction between the following registered entities:
- Job Seekers: Search vacancies, create professional portfolios, and upload CVs for district-wide hiring.
- Job Creators (Startups/Businesses): Post job openings, list live projects, and access administrative tracking.
- Investors: List funding capacity and sectoral interests to discover vetted Jalgaon startups.
- Banks: Register to display official loan schemes and government-backed financial products.
- CAs & Mentors: Provide professional advisory and mentorship to growing businesses.
2. Fast Track Governance & Project Tracking
Job Creators may use the "Fast Track" option to check the status of pending projects. When utilizing this tool, users acknowledge that the portal tracks:
- The specific Government Department or MNC where a project is currently pending.
- The name/designation of the Employee or Agent handling the file.
- The current Project Status and the specific reasons behind delays.
This data is used by the District Collector’s Office for administrative review to improve district-level ease of doing business.
3. Security & OTP Verification
To maintain a verified ecosystem, JalgaonEnigma enforces strict authentication:
- OTP Verification: All User Contacts (Mobile Numbers) must be verified via One-Time Password before account activation.
- Email Authentication: All official proposals, listings, and communications are verified via registered Email.
- Document Integrity: No guarantee is provided for unverified documents; users must perform due diligence before entering contracts.
4. Data Transparency
Your data is shared solely to facilitate the project's aim of digital growth. Job seeker resumes are shared with Job Creators, and startup profiles are shared with Investors/Banks. We do not accept payments for these services; the portal is a zero-fee public utility.
